Dom Ruinart cuvées are made up exclusively of fine grapes, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot noir vinified in red, from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Vintage, they crown the best harvest. It is in the heart of Ruinart’s chalk pits that these prestigious bottles develop slowly, on average ten years, and gain all their aromatic complexity.
